How To Reset Your Lock

Your bag will automatically come with the lock set at "000"

  1. Tilt the lock away from you until to see the buttons from side-on.
  2. Turn each button until you find the "gap/hole/open slit" as pictured above. Note; the numbers will be random and most likely not be "000".
  3. Turn EACH button ANTICLOCKWISE ONCE, and try and unlock. Keep doing this process until it unlocks ensuring you are turning EACH button ANTICLOCKWISE each time. For example, If your gap/hole/open slits are on the numbers "4,9 & 7" to begin with, you turn the 4,9 & 7 anticlockwise one number each which then makes the numbers "5, 0 & 8". Try and unlock, if it doesn't unlock, repeat this process. It usually unlocks pretty quickly.
